Every year during late summer, for a few short weeks, wet hops are picked from the vine and go straight to the brewery. No processing. No pellets. No freezing. No waiting. Just green, sticky, intensely aromatic hops, brewed within hours of being harvested. So, we went to get some! And now, we’re brewing it.
